🔁 Refunds & Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 100 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging (or similar protective packaging)

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is inspected

Please Note:

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank

Need a different size or color?
We offer free exchanges on domestic orders. Simply contact our support team and we’ll help you get the right fit.

❌ Cancellations

We get to work fast, so if you need to cancel your order:

  • Email support@getoldmoney.com within 1 hour of placing your order

  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can request a return once it arrives

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Final sale or discounted items marked “non-returnable”

  • Worn or damaged items

  • Gift cards
